Privacy Policy

This personal data processing policy is prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27 July 2006 and defines how personal data are processed and protected by the owner of the Target Direct service (the “Operator”).

1.1. The Operator’s priority is to respect the rights and freedoms of individuals when processing personal data, including the right to privacy.

1.2. This policy (the “Policy”) applies to all information the Operator may obtain about visitors of https://targetd.ru and users of the Target Direct service.

2.1. Automated processing — processing of personal data by means of computing equipment.

2.2. Blocking — temporary suspension of processing (except where processing is needed to clarify the data).

2.3. Website — the online resource available at https://targetd.ru.

2.4. Personal data information system — databases of personal data together with the technologies and tools that process them.

2.5. Depersonalization — actions that make it impossible to identify a data subject without additional information.

2.6. Processing — any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, with or without automation, including collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.

2.7. Operator — a person or entity that organizes and/or carries out processing of personal data and determines the purposes and scope of such processing.

2.8. Personal data — any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable User of https://targetd.ru.

2.9. User — any visitor of https://targetd.ru and/or user of Target Direct.

2.10–2.13. Provision, dissemination, cross-border transfer, and destruction of personal data have the meanings ascribed by applicable Russian law.

3.1. Full name.

3.2. Email address.

3.3. Phone number.

3.4. Organization name and other details voluntarily provided in Site forms or the workspace.

3.5. Site-visit data collected via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including: IP address (depersonalized/truncated), browser and device details, referrer, pages viewed, visit timing and duration, clicks and UI interactions.

3.6. To collect and analyze the data in clause 3.5, the Site uses Yandex Metrica (YANDEX LLC, Russia), including click maps and Session Replay (Webvisor). Yandex Metrica terms: https://yandex.ru/legal/metrica_termsofuse/ and https://yandex.ru/legal/confidential/.

3.7. The Operator may also use other web-analytics or infrastructure measurement tools needed to operate and improve the Site; material changes will be reflected in this Policy.

3.8. The above are collectively referred to as “Personal Data”.

4.1. To contact the User; provide access to Target Direct; enter into and perform contracts; and handle inquiries.

4.2. The Operator may send notices about products, offers, and events. To opt out, email info@target-d.ru with the subject “Opt-out of product and offer notices”.

4.3. Web-analytics data (including Yandex Metrica and Webvisor) are processed to measure traffic and sources; improve Site and workspace usability; detect UI issues; and improve content and the Service.

5.1. The Operator processes Personal Data when the User submits them via forms on targetd.ru or in the workspace. By submitting data, the User accepts this Policy.

5.2. Analytics data and cookies are processed if the User’s browser settings allow cookies and JavaScript. The User may restrict or disable cookies in the browser; some Site features may then work only partially. Yandex Metrica can also be limited via browser tracker blockers and Yandex opt-out settings: https://yandex.ru/support/metrica/general/opt-out.html.

The Operator implements legal, organizational, and technical measures required to protect personal data under applicable law.

6.1. The Operator safeguards Personal Data and takes measures to prevent unauthorized access.

6.2. Personal Data are not transferred to third parties except as required by law or where needed to run the Site and Service: hosting and infrastructure, email, payments, and web-analytics providers (in particular YANDEX LLC — Yandex Metrica). Transfers are limited to what is necessary for those purposes, subject to confidentiality and applicable law.

6.3. To update data, email info@target-d.ru with “Personal data update”, or edit the profile in the workspace.

6.4. Retention follows processing purposes and legal requirements. Yandex Metrica retention is governed by counter settings and YANDEX LLC rules. Consent may be withdrawn by emailing info@target-d.ru with “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”.

7.1. Before a cross-border transfer, the Operator must ensure the destination country provides adequate protection of data subjects’ rights.

7.2. Transfers to countries that do not meet those requirements require written consent of the data subject and/or are performed to fulfill a contract with the data subject.

7.3. Yandex Metrica processing is primarily carried out in the Russian Federation under YANDEX LLC terms. Other processors may process data outside the RF only in compliance with this section.

8.1. Questions about processing may be sent to info@target-d.ru.

8.2. Any Policy changes will be reflected in this document. The Policy remains in force until replaced.

9.1. This section applies to personal data that the Licensee (Service User) uploads to the Service for mailings and reporting—contact details of legal-entity representatives and other data provided by the Licensee.

9.2. Roles: with respect to such data, the Licensee acts as the personal-data operator and independently determines the purposes and grounds of processing; the Licensor (Service Operator) acts as a processor and processes the data solely on behalf of and on the instructions of the Licensee within the Service functionality.

9.3. Processing of client bases is limited to providing the Service: segmentation, personalization of letters and attachments, sending via channels connected by the Licensee, exclusion handling, delivery and open reporting, and retention of logs and mailing evidence.

9.4. Grounds: the Licensee is responsible for having a lawful ground (data subject’s consent or other permissible ground under 152-FZ) and for compliance with requirements for collecting and using contact data. The Licensor does not verify and does not warrant the existence of consents or the lawfulness of the Licensee’s data sources.

9.5. Localization: when personal data of Russian citizens are collected via the Internet, the recording, systematization, accumulation, and storage of such data are carried out in databases located on the territory of the Russian Federation (subject to the requirements applicable from 01.07.2025).

9.6. Cross-border transfer of personal data from the Licensee’s client bases, where applicable, is carried out in compliance with Article 12 of 152-FZ; the Licensee is responsible for having grounds for such transfer.

9.7. Retention of client-base data is determined by the Plan, settings, and actions of the Licensee. The Licensee may request deletion of its data; the Licensor deletes it within the period set by this Policy and applicable law, unless retention is required by law or to preserve evidence.

9.8. Subprocessors: to provide the Service technically, the Licensor may engage hosting providers, analytics services, and other processors. The current list of subprocessors with their localization is provided to the Licensee on request; transfers to subprocessors are limited to what is necessary to provide the Service and comply with 152-FZ.

9.9. The Licensee must notify the data subjects uploaded to the Service about processing in accordance with 152-FZ and provide them with information about the Licensor as a processor on request.
